What CLEO is
CLEO Business OS in two minutes: what it keeps, what it notices, and what it leaves to you.
CLEO Business OS is one place for your business: the people you serve, what they ask for, the work you deliver, what is scheduled, and the money you receive. CLEO reads all of it, and tells you calmly what needs you.
What CLEO keeps
CLEO keeps a small set of records, each answering one question:
- Customers and leads — who you serve, and who might become a client.
- Requests — what they asked for.
- Work and its action items — what you are delivering, and what needs doing to move it forward.
- Appointments — when something is scheduled.
- Payments — money you actually received.
- Follow-ups — promises you made to yourself to get back to someone.
The records CLEO keeps explains each one, and how they connect.
What CLEO does with them
- It shows you what needs you. Home opens with what CLEO would focus on today, and lists what is waiting on you.
- It points things out. When something in your records deserves a second look — an appointment with no outcome recorded, work with no next step — CLEO notices it and says why.
- It answers your questions. With Ask CLEO, you can ask about your business in plain language and get an answer from your own records.
- It prepares changes for you. Ask CLEO to plan a follow-up or move an appointment, and it gets the change ready. Nothing happens until you confirm it.
What CLEO leaves to you
CLEO works from facts, not guesses. The first screen of setup puts it this way:
A few things follow from that:
- You decide. CLEO recommends and prepares; you confirm.
- CLEO never contacts your customers on its own. A follow-up is a reminder for you, not a message to them.
- Your history is kept. A record you no longer need is archived, not deleted, and its history stays.
Where to start
Start on Home. It shows what needs you today, and each item links to the record behind it. When you have a question Home doesn't answer, ask CLEO.
