Needs you, CLEO noticed, Focus and Attention
Four ways CLEO shows what matters, and which of them asks something of you.
CLEO reads your records and shows the result in a few places. They look alike, but each answers a different question, and only one of them is a list of things for you to do.

Needs you
On the Attention page, CLEO describes this list in one line: Something you are responsible for doing.
It includes things like:
- a new lead no one has replied to yet
- a follow-up that is due today, or past its day
- a request past its date, or one no one has opened
- work, or an action item, past its date
- today's appointments
- a lost lead you asked to look at again, once that day arrives
Each item clears when you act on its record — reply to the lead, complete the follow-up, record the appointment's outcome. Home shows the first five; the link beneath them opens Attention with the rest.
CLEO noticed
This is CLEO pointing something out from your records by a rule, such as an appointment that ended with no outcome recorded, or active work with no next step. Attention describes it this way: Something CLEO noticed in your records — not a task; it clears on its own when the record changes.
On Home, everything CLEO noticed is gathered into one counted line, followed by Not tasks — they clear on their own when the records change.

Focus: where CLEO would start
At the top of Home, CLEO picks up to three things and says why. The heading reads What CLEO would focus on today.

when there is only one. Each item pairs CLEO sees, the fact, with CLEO recommends, what to do about it.
Focus draws only from Needs you, in this order:
- Promises already past their date — a follow-up, request, action item or piece of work that is overdue.
- People waiting on you — a lead no one has answered, a follow-up due today, today's appointments.
- Something that has stopped working, such as your website measurement.
- A day you set to take another look at a lost lead.
Anything else in Needs you is still on Home, just below; CLEO says how many more things can wait. When nothing needs you, the heading reads Nothing needs you right now.
Attention: everything in one place
Attention isn't in the menu. You reach it from Home, through the link under Needs you or the CLEO noticed line. It has three views: Everything, Needs you and CLEO noticed.
Its order is for reading, not ranking: Overdue and due-today come first; the rest is in reading order, not in order of importance — what to do first is on Home, with the reasons.
Quick answers
Some things CLEO noticed can be settled from Home with one tap. Home shows up to three; the rest wait on Attention.
